James E. Lynch

Background & Education

James was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers of Florid for 2015, 2016, and 2017, a distinction given to less than 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Florida. James was also awarded the Silver Pro Bono Award from the Supreme Court of Florida in conjunction with the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association.

James graduated from the University of Florida (UF) with honors and a degree in Criminology before attending the UF Levin College of Law. A passionate alum, James has served as President and Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Manatee County Gator Club, a local affiliate of the UF Alumni Association.

Actively involved in the legal community, James is a member of the Florida Bar and the Manatee County Bar Association. He’s a past President and Board Member for the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar, and currently serves as President of the Manatee American Inn of Court.

James lives in Bradenton with his wife Sarah and three children.
